We live in a world where our intuitive ability to take care of our ourselves - physically, mentally, and spiritually - has become incredibly challenging. We want to look and feel our best, and feel a need to conform to what everyone else is doing in a hope that it will work for us.

The result leaves us exhausted, confused, and broken. In our relentless quest for “wellness” and “the ideal body” we lose touch with our sense of self and leave the joy of living a balanced, joyful life behind.

    I have personally experienced the power of Intuitive Eating in my own life, and witnessed how it can transform the lives of women when practiced with the right support.

  • You weren’t born knowing everything you believe to be true about nutrition and exercise. Your habits and beliefs developed through years of listening and trusting sources of information that led you to where you are today.

    We will challenge these through evidence-based concepts and break them down together. You have the power to be a critical thinker!

  • Reclaiming your health and freedom means relearning to trust your intuition and body’s cues. I’m a huge fan of pulling strategies from yoga, meditation and other healing modalities to help you rebuild your connection with yourself.

  • Here’s a hard truth. The journey to food freedom can only happen once you let go of unrealistic expectations of what your body should look like. So many women struggle with this concept - I did too.

    The power of body neutrality work is that it removes pressure and obsession over what your body does, its size, and its body fat percentage. When this happens, you create a beautiful space of endless possibilities for fullfilment in your life.
