  • Yes. I have inpatient experience working with individuals diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, orthorexia, and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED).

    Please note that I work with individuals who are medically stable at this time. Intuitive Eating is not for everyone, and earlier stages of eating disorder recovery need a different approach. However, if you have been discharged from residential treatment or PHP/IOP and are ready to work with an outpatient RD, we will likely be a good fit. If you’re unsure of where you’re at in your ED journey, please book a discovery call and I will gladly point you in the right direction.

    I also work with individuals who are medically stable and who do not have a diagnosed eating disorder. Disordered eating is a spectrum, it affects folks of all genders and in all body sizes. Never wait until you are “sick enough” to get help. You deserve a life where you can thrive - right now!

  • Absolutely! I specialize in hormonal conditions and women’s health, such as PCOS, irregular and missing periods, and thyroid disorders. The awesome thing about working with a Registered Dietitian is that you’re getting guidance from someone with a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and Medical Nutrition Therapy. I have clinical experience working with individuals struggling with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, and more.

    Please note that I do not provide diagnoses or medicine prescriptions.

  • I promise to always be 110% honest with you as we work together. The answer here is that no-one can know the way your unique body will react to nourishing it appropriately and holistically. Yes - many clients experience changes in their size during recovery. Yours might too.

    That’s why going about it without support and guidance in the body image department tends to result in fear and setbacks. By working with a credentialed RD, you can expect to have a friend and partner guiding you through every step of the way, which will help alleviate a lot of the distress and fear that are common in recovery.

    One of the biggest lessons of recovery is that being a certain “ideal” size is simply not worth ling a life of constant anxiety and fear. When you’re ready to reclaim your own life and health, getting the right support is key.

  • Absolutely. During our discovery call, we will touch base on labs that I’d like to see should you want to move forward in working together. This will give you some time to visit your GP, who will likely be able to place the orders. If this is not possible, no need to worry. Labs can be helpful, but there are many other health indicators we can work with if recent labs are not available.

    At this time, I do not offer functional lab testing such as the DUTCH panel.

  • At this time, refunds for our services are not provided. Healing from disordered eating and hormonal imbalances is a highly individualized journey. Nobody can predict how long it will take. However, how much work and dedication you’re willing to put into recovery will affect the speed and extent of your progress. If you’re ready to commit to recovery 100%, we will be the right fit.
